Laboratory of Biological Anthropology and Anatomy
Activity is field and laboratory research
related to understanding human structure and function in evolutionary biological context, thus fostering the purposes of ICSM.
Activity will take place in Ashland, Oregon, and at various field locations worldwide.
Specific research modalities may vary from histological testing of bone strength in the human skull to genetic testing of
Caribbean populations in order to understand their historical origins and adaptations through
time to the clinical anatomy of bladder surgery. Activity will be carried out by scientists and clinicians associated with
LBAA. Funded by grants.
